Currumbin is really two different cleaning jobs depending on whether you're near the creek mouth or back in the valley.
Currumbin covers a lot of ground, and what your property needs depends a lot on where in it you are. Down near the beach and the creek mouth, salt is the driver. Head inland through Currumbin Waters and up into the valley, and it becomes about tree cover, shade and humidity instead. We work across all of it, but we'd quote the same size house differently depending on which end you're at.
Properties close to Currumbin Creek and the beach cop the same salt load as anywhere on the coast, with the added humidity that comes off the water. Glass and roofing take the brunt of it.
Currumbin Waters and the valley are considerably more treed. Roofs there deal with leaf litter and lichen rather than salt, and shaded walls and paths go green faster than they do a few kilometres east.
A lot of Currumbin sits on slopes, which means steep driveways that stay damp at the bottom and roofs that are highly visible from below. Both push the cleaning cycle forward.
