GC Shine started with a simple idea: work outdoors, do honest work, and make a real difference to how a home or business feels. What began as a small weekend side job grew into something bigger — built not through shortcuts or heavy marketing, but through word of mouth, trust, and results people were happy to recommend.
From day one the goal has been the same: show up when we say we will, do the job properly, and treat every property like it's our own. No rushing, no cut corners — just reliable work with pride behind it.
Today we've cleaned over 200 Gold Coast properties, from single units and family homes through to supermarket carparks and body corporate complexes. Every job still gets the same attention.

Plenty of operators will point a high-pressure gun at anything. It's faster, and on the day it can look impressive. The problem is what it does underneath — cracked tiles, stripped coatings, water forced up under roof sheeting, render damaged, paint lifted.
Soft washing takes longer and needs proper chemistry, but it kills mould, moss, lichen and algae at the root rather than knocking it off the surface. The result stays clean far longer, and your roof and paintwork last as long as they're supposed to. High pressure has its place — on concrete, where it belongs.
We're based in Southport and service the whole Gold Coast, from the northern suburbs down to the Tweed border and inland through the valleys. There's no travel surcharge inside that area.
