Forty years of organic matter, sediment and dust, bird droppings, efflorescence (salts) removed. Terracotta tiles restored to their warm reddish brown colour. Neighbours commented on roof look before and after treatment. Also contractor pointed out some roofing repairs needing attention in the near future.
