When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, property address, email (if given), the services you're interested in, how you heard about us (if you tell us), and any details you add about the job.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and deliver the service you've requested. Knowing how you heard about us simply helps us understand which of our advertising is working. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services we use
- Web3Forms processes and delivers quote form submissions to our email inbox. They only handle the data you submit through the form.
- Google reviews shown on this site are published reviews from our Google Business Profile, displayed either as text on the page or through a review widget that pulls publicly available review data.
- Website analytics — we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies or track individual visitors. It only tells us aggregate numbers like how many people visited and which pages they viewed.
- Advertising — if you reach this site from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta may record that a visit or enquiry occurred so we can measure whether our advertising is working. This tells us how many enquiries came from an ad, not who you are.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. If you'd like your details removed, just ask.
